The Gear Shop, often referred to as Eloise’s Gear Shop, is one of the main places in Grow a Garden where players can buy different types of gear and tools using Sheckles.

Shop Details
The Gear Shop stand has a simple and colorful design that fits perfectly with the game’s calm garden theme. It features a green-and-white striped awning stretched over a dark brown wooden structure.
Above the canopy, a rectangular wooden sign displays the word “GEAR” in large, bold, green letters with black outlines. Inside the stall, Eloise, the friendly shopkeeper NPC, waits to assist players with their purchases.
On the upper left side of the booth, a small tilted wooden board also reads “GEAR SHOP” in white text, making the stand stand out clearly among nearby shops.
Mechanics
You can find the shop on the side of the map that faces the Seed Shop and the Sell Stuff stand. It sits neatly between the Cosmetics Shop and the Pet Egg Shop, making it easy to locate while exploring the main area.
Every player sees the same list of items because the Gear Shop’s inventory is shared across all servers. The gear selection refreshes every five minutes, bringing in new tools for players to purchase.
Some basic tools never leave the lineup and appear every time the stock resets. These include the Watering Can, Trowel, Recall Wrench, Trading Ticket, Favorite Tool, and Harvest Tool, which are considered the core essentials for any gardener in the game.
Before the Beanstalk Update’s second part, Eloise offered players a short list of dialogue options when they interacted with her. These were later removed, and the shop now opens directly without dialogue. Here’s what the old options included:
Show Me the Gear Shop - Eloise would greet the player and then open the gear menu, allowing them to view and buy items using Sheckles.
Show Me Daily Quests - This choice opened the Daily Quests screen. Completing these quests rewarded players with Normal Seed Packs. After the Beanstalk Update, the quest feature was relocated to the Garden Guide.
Nevermind - Choosing this ended the conversation, with Eloise saying goodbye before closing the dialogue window.
Now, when players interact with Eloise, the shop menu opens instantly, skipping all text options for a faster shopping experience.

Gear Shop Trivia
- Eloise is currently the only female NPC in the game who manages her own shop. Before her introduction, a temporary female NPC operated the Easter Shop during the 2025 Easter Event. Both the NPC and her shop were removed when the event ended on April 27, 2025.
- Out of the six main NPCs Raphael, Sam, Isaac, Steven, Tom, and Eloise only Eloise’s name begins and ends with a vowel.
- The Levelup Lollipop is the most expensive item in the Gear Shop when purchased with Sheckles, costing 10,000,000,000. For Robux, the Grand Master Sprinkler takes the top spot at 279 Robux.
- The Basic Sprinkler is the cheapest gear when bought with Sheckles, priced at 25,000. The Trading Ticket holds the lowest price in Robux, costing only 19.
- The Watering Can is labeled as a common item, yet it costs 50,000 Sheckles, which is unusually high compared to other items in the same tier.
- The Gear Shop was officially introduced in Update 1.01.0, which was released on April 10, 2025.
- Before the Beanstalk Update, players accessed their Daily Quests through Eloise in the Gear Shop. These quests were later moved to the Garden Guide.
