Cosmetics in Grow a Garden are decorative items that players can place in their gardens to add style and creativity. These items were first introduced in Update 1.07.0, during the Lunar Glow Event, giving players more ways to personalize their gardens.

Cosmetics are primarily for aesthetic and creative purposes, allowing players to design unique and visually appealing gardens. Most cosmetics can be obtained from the Cosmetics Shop, making it easy to browse and collect your favorite items.

How to Obtain Cosmetics

  • Crates

    Many cosmetics are unlocked through crates. Some crates are limited-time or tied to specific events, making certain items rare and highly sought after.

  • Trophies

    Certain in-game events reward trophies that can also be used as decorative cosmetics. Currently, the only trophy available for decoration comes from the admin-exclusive Monster Mash Event.

  • Cosmetics are often used to build obbies, houses, and themed structures.
  • Cosmetics may slightly shift position when joining a server.
  • Some cosmetics may be invisible or non-colliding on low-performance devices.

Interactive Cosmetics

  • Jump Pad and Bouncy Mushroom actively move players.
  • Benches, chairs, and tractors (except Honey Bench) force players to sit.
  • The Green Bean Chamber works like an NPC.
  • Chairs combined with sloped floors can create a slide effect.

Gameplay Effects

  • The Cooking Pot/Cauldron gives a ~5% chance to duplicate cooked items via the Gorilla Chef pet.
