The Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard is a Divine-tier gear introduced during the second phase of the Zen Event. It is recognized as the second Pet Mutation Shard ever added to the game, following the Tranquil Shard.
Appearance
This shard takes the form of a crimson-red hexagon with a soft inner glow. Bright red particles swirl both inside and outside the shard, giving it a darker and more powerful aura compared to its peaceful counterpart, the Tranquil Pet Mutation Shard.
Usage
- When used, the Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard applies the Corrupted Mutation to a selected pet, transforming it into a corrupted version of itself.
- If the pet already has another mutation, the game will display a confirmation prompt asking if the player wants to replace the current mutation. Confirming this action permanently overwrites the previous mutation.
- Once mutated, the pet occasionally causes nearby crops to embrace corruption, applying the Corrupted Mutation roughly every 25 minutes.
How to Obtain
- Players could acquire the Corrupted Pet Mutation Shard from the Tranquil Treasures Shop, accessible by speaking to The Tanuki NPC during the Zen Event.
