The Pitcher Plant is a rare Divine-tier crop added in the Mega Harvest Update. Known for its multi-harvest capability and distinctive pitcher-shaped fruit, this tropical plant belongs to the Toxic, Stalky, Summer, and Leafy categories, meaning it interacts with items or boosts that affect these crop types.
Appearance
The Pitcher Plant’s fruit has a yellowish-green tubular shape that mirrors the real-life pitcher plant. A dark red ridge (peristome) lines the side, often with a small drip of liquid, while the lid above the fruit shares the same reddish hue.
The plant grows on a single stem with a few sharp, upward-facing leaves. At the top, the stem curves downward, supporting the fruit. The seed features a gradient from yellowish-green at the base to bright orange at the tip, capped with an orange stem and reddish lid, making it resemble the Feijoa seed but with distinct coloration differences.
How to Obtain
- Obtaining a Pitcher Plant seed is extremely rare. Players can find it in the Summer Seed Merchant with a 0.45% chance (1 in 222 previously; now 1 in 450), priced at 7,500,000 coins or 715 gems.
